  • The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and paperwork intact.
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • The item must not show signs of wear or alteration, including scratches or damage.
  • Luxury items like OMEGA Watches, Rolex Watches, and Cartier Watches are only eligible for return if they are unworn and in resellable condition.

2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return your product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at admin@horomi.xyz or via our contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we have reviewed your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return any items without obtaining an RA number.
  3. Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and any free gifts or promotional items. Ensure the package is securely sealed to avoid any damage during transit.
  4. Shipping the Return: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your watch for another model, please contact us for availability and additional instructions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and may involve additional charges or refunds.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For the following reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized watches.
  • Watches that have been worn or show signs of use (scratches, tarnishing, etc.).
  • Items purchased during promotional sales or clearance events (unless otherwise specified).
  • Items not purchased directly from horomi.xyz.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@horomi.xyz. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist us in resolving the issue quickly.

6. International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the United States, please be aware that international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are not refundable by horomi.xyz.
